In the end: I’m a walking collage of paints, book pages, sun flares, and random routes. Sometimes I forget why I came into the kitchen, but I always remember why life is worth living. Spoiler: for the beautiful light and tea with cookies.
I read obsessively I can devour a book in a day, then walk around with an empty stare, feeling like I’ve lost my best friend. But a couple of days later, I find a new one. It’s like a literary polyamorous affair.
Walking is my second calling. I can go out “for five minutes” and come back three hours later because I was staring at the sunset, spotted a funny dog, or just got lost in my own thoughts. Navigation is not my strong suit, but adventures definitely are.
